Summer 2025 Registration is open for 2024 attendees!

If you did not attend camp in 2024, your reservations will be accepted beginning November 1, 2024 at 4:00pm.

Welcome to 2025 Summer Camp Registration!
Please fill out this form to request a tentative camp reservation. We are able to hold tentative reservations for 2 weeks before requiring a nonrefundable deposit. The postmark on your deposit will also place your group in line for a housing assignment.

Specialty Camps
- Youth Mission Camp (Grades 6-12) - July 6-11 with Jordan Stover & The Zac Calloway Band (Total Fee: $265/person)
- Day Camp (recommended for grades K-2) - July 8-10 with SMBC Staff (Total Fee: $60/person)
- All Ages Camp (Grades 1-12) - August 3-7 with Clayton Poland (Total Fee: $205/person)
Campers Attending
Adult chaperones are required at a ratio of 1 adult per 6 campers. Youth Mission Camp requires a 1 adult per 5 camper ratio. Coed groups require coed chaperones for all overnight camps. Coed chaperones are not required for Day Camp. Chaperones for children's groups must be at least 18 years old. Chaperones for youth groups must be at least 21 years old. All chaperones must have a background check on file at your church and be approved by your pastor.

Does your group include junior chaperones?
We understand the desire to train up young leaders and the need for extra help with your children's groups. We welcome junior chaperones under the following conditions: 1. They may NOT count as an adult in your adult:child ratio. 2. They must be trained and supervised. 3. They must be on your Chaperones Approval Form - background checked and approved by your pastor. 4. Excellent behavior is expected - they should be a help to you, not a distraction or hindrance.

- Pleasant Brook - 28 beds (2 rooms of 6, 2 rooms of 8)
- Harris Fellowship - 44 beds (upstairs: 1 side for 12, 1 side 14; downstairs: 2 rooms of 10)
- Pleasant Hill - 49 beds (1 room of 22, 1 room of 23, 2 rooms of 2)
- Bunkhouses 8 (sleeps 10) and/or 9 (sleeps 12) - above the dining hall
- Bunkhouses 1 (sleeps 10) and/or 3 (sleeps 12) - below the dining hall

Deposits are $55 for children's & all ages camps camps, $75 for youth mission camp, and $25 for day camp. Deposits may be made with check or money order payable to:
